View High School, he went on to pursue a career in Paramedicine and the Fire Service graduating top of his class. He has worked as a Paramedic serving our communities since 2001, a license he still holds today; but yearned for something more. Cameron began his career with Keller Williams Realty in late 2009 during the “Downfall” of the market, training with some of the very best top producing agents learning the successful business models and proven tools to help over a 120 families his first 2 years in the business.
Cameron has since transitioned to HomeSmart, based out of the Gilbert office, where he has continued to expand his business and focus on the intricate needs of his clients throughout the valley while delivering exceptional service. Being a native of Arizona, he has witnessed the expansive growth of our communities and neighborhoods allowing Cameron to have a vast knowledge about each city and suburb that you are interested in. Cameron has worked in every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, as well as foreign and domestic investors. He has a vast knowledge of foreclosure alternatives such as loan modifications and short sales and has helped hundreds of homeowners avoid losing their homes through these programs since 2009. Kenneth “Ken” Kermode was born in California and moved to Arizona when he was 16 and is a graduate of Chandler High School. Immediately upon graduation he left for Army basic training and served 8 years in the Arizona Army National Guard as a member of the 108th Army Band based out of Phoenix. While in the National Guard he attended Mesa Community College and eventually attended Global University, to pursue ministerial accreditation. He received his certification of ministry in 1994, license in 1999 and ordination in 2004. He has served in the roles of Children’s, Youth, Music and Lead Pastor. He also pursued certification in the EMS field and received National Registry First responder certification in 1999 and his EMT certification in 2004 and has spent his entire EMS career serving Native American Communities.
In September 2016, Ken received his Real Estate License and joined HomeSmart’s Gilbert office and the Phx Realty Group team. He is excited to start this new chapter in his life and will work diligently, with honesty and integrity to make sure every client receives a great experience in whatever their real estate needs are.
Josh Romney, was born in a small town near Show Low Arizona. Josh's family then moved to the beautiful southern mountains of Utah when he was young and he spent his days outdoors riding ATVs and snowmobiles. Josh also enjoyed skiing and snowboarding in the winter. Josh met his lovely wife Christina in St. George Utah in high school and they were married in 2009. Josh's family moved back to Arizona in 2011 and they were blessed with a wonderful son in 2016. He still enjoys spending time outside with his family doing activities like hiking, hunting and camping.
Josh describes his desire to become a real estate agent after he and his wife bought their first home because their realtor inspired him during the process. Their realtor went above and beyond ordinary customer service and made them feel valued and appreciated. The realtor provided a fun and educational atmosphere that made the transaction smooth and easy. It is these same characteristics that Josh strives to use in his everyday activities as a realtor and wants to provide an extraordinary customer service experience that goes above and beyond all others. Josh has always been a goal oriented and ambitious individual who strives to meet new goals daily along with being the best version of himself he can be.
